Product Market Fit is run by The Product Consultant.

Your idea and your answers

We don't store your pitch, your interview or your scorecard. While you're using Product Market Fit, they live in your browser tab. Each time you answer, they're sent to our server and on to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the next question, and then sent back to your browser. Close the tab and they're gone from your side; we never had a copy.

Anthropic processes this under its commercial terms. It doesn't use it to train its models. It may keep it for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring.

If you email yourself the PDF

• We use your email address (and first name, if you give it) to send you the PDF. Our email provider, Resend, sends it, and keeps delivery records for a limited time.
• If you tick “send a copy to The Product Consultant”, we receive the PDF by email so we can prepare for a session. We keep it only as long as it's useful for that, and delete it on request.
• If you tick the marketing box, we add your email to our mailing list to send occasional product advice and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you don't tick it, we don't add you.

Analytics cookies

If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to see how people use this site, such as how many people finish the interview. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you visit, your rough location and your device, but never your idea, your answers or your email address. If you click “No thanks”, Google Analytics doesn't load at all. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email ben@theproductconsultant.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
